You are paying Wiser Workplace to administer a neutral, bilateral process, not for the mediation itself: the subscription covers access, and a flat fee covers running each mediation. When a matter is mediated at Q3 2026 launch, the mediator is an independent California neutral selected by both parties from a curated slate, engaged and paid separately by the parties, and Wiser Workplace never takes a share of the mediator's fee.

When can we subscribe?
Mediator-guided resolution launches in Q3 2026. Today, California employers can register Founding Fifty interest at no cost and with no payment commitment. No payment is collected before launch.
What does the Founding Fifty include?
The first fifty California employers to subscribe at launch lock in launch pricing for as long as they remain continuous subscribers, receive a 60-day complimentary trial of paid features at registration, and get priority onboarding plus a direct input channel into the platform. The cap applies to paid subscribers at launch, not to interest-list signups.
Are mediator fees included?
No. The subscription and a flat per-mediation platform fee cover the platform administering a neutral, bilateral process. The independent California mediator is engaged and paid separately by the parties, and Wiser Workplace never takes a share of the mediator's fee.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Plans can move up or down as your organization changes. Annual billing saves 17 percent on any paid tier.
