Yes, absolutely. Employees never pay a subscription fee to use Wiser Workplace. Our platform is completely free for employees to submit disputes, communicate with their employer, and track resolution progress. We believe workplace disputes shouldn't cost employees money. Only employers pay subscription fees for the features they need to manage and resolve disputes.

As a new platform launching in May 2026, we are inviting early employers to join as founding partners. You get full access to your selected plan for 60 days at no subscription cost. Per-mediation fees still apply if you use mediation services during the trial period. After 60 days, your subscription begins at the standard rate for the plan you selected. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel or change plans at any time before the trial ends.

Yes. We don't believe in long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel mid-month, you'll have access through the end of your current billing period.

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade to Starter or Professional at any time, and you can also downgrade or cancel anytime. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Your active disputes are never affected by a plan change. All your dispute data remains secure and accessible.
