Why? Because the usual paths are slow or costly:
A confidential way to work out a workplace dispute before anyone files a lawsuit. An employee describes what happened, in confidence. The employer receives it in full and can answer in writing. At launch, if that does not resolve it and the employer's plan includes mediation, the employee and the employer can each choose a mediator from the same list, and the conversation runs through that mediator. Wiser Workplace is not a law firm and does not decide the matter; it provides the channel, the mediator list, and the record.
Platform communications are contractually confidential between you, Wiser Workplace, and the employer you identify. Wiser Workplace does not provide legal services. At launch, mediation is conducted by independent California mediators chosen by both sides, and California's mediation confidentiality applies once that mediation begins.
