Ask your employer about Wiser Workplace
A one-page note you can print or send to your employer.
For you, before you share it. You do not have to share it. The note carries no name or code, and nothing on it or on this page tells Wiser Workplace whether you shared it or with whom. Giving it to your employer may still tell your employer who gave it. We cannot protect you from retaliation, and we cannot tell you whether the law protects you for sharing it.
Do not count on this to stop or pause any deadline. Deadlines to file a claim with an agency or in court can keep running while you use it.
About Wiser Workplace
Wiser Workplace is not open yet. Employers can register their interest at wiserworkplace.com/employer-register.
Wiser Workplace gives a company its own intake page, where its employees can raise workplace concerns with it in writing. It serves employees who are 18 or older and live in California, so a company needs another channel for anyone else. It does not replace a company’s own complaint procedure.
Each concern arrives dated. No one at Wiser Workplace reads it before the employer gets it. The employer can acknowledge it or reply in the same place, and each side can download its copy. The Terms limit how each side may share or use it.
The employer gets what the employee wrote. Wiser Workplace does not give the employer the employee’s name or contact details unless the law or a court order requires it. What the employee writes may still identify them.
If both sides want mediation, each ranks a short list of independent mediators, and the platform picks from both rankings. Mediation is not anonymous: the mediator gets the employee’s name and contact details. The employer pays the mediator in full. Mediation may open after the rest of the platform.
Employees never pay. Plans start at $199 a month, priced by headcount. Plans may change before intake opens, and after that only on notice. Current plans are at wiserworkplace.com/pricing.
