Our Commitment
Wiser Workplace is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and services, regardless of ability or disability.
This accessibility statement outlines our ongoing efforts to align our platform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and describes the accessibility features we have implemented and those still in development.
Conformance Status
Wiser Workplace targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility standard. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of our platform do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to remediate the issues identified in the "Known Limitations" section below.
Last Internal Assessment: March 14, 2026
Independent Third-Party Audit: Wiser Workplace will commission an independent third-party WCAG 2.1 Level AA audit before broad public launch. Upon completion, this page will be updated with the auditor's name, report date, and any revised conformance claim. If you need to reach the accessibility contact about audit timing or findings, email support@wiserworkplace.com with the subject line "Accessibility Audit Inquiry."
Interim Commitment. Until the third-party audit is complete, Wiser Workplace commits to (a) initial acknowledgment of reported accessibility barriers within 2 business days, (b) remediation or a remediation plan within 14 calendar days of the report, and (c) an alternative accessible channel (phone or email intake) for any user unable to use a platform form, at no additional cost. Contact support@wiserworkplace.com to invoke the alternative channel.
We conduct internal testing on an ongoing basis and will update this page as remediation work is completed.

Known Limitations and Exceptions
While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist:
Third-Party Content
Some portions of our platform may include third-party content or embeds (such as payment processors, maps, or analytics tools) that we do not directly control. We work with third-party vendors to ensure their services meet accessibility standards, but we cannot guarantee full compliance for all external content.
Legacy Documents
PDF files and documents created before our accessibility initiative may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are working to remediate these documents. If you need an accessible version of any document, please contact us.
Inaccessible Content
We are committed to remediating any inaccessible content. If you encounter content that does not meet our accessibility standards, please report it to us using the contact information below.
Legal Compliance
Wiser Workplace complies with applicable accessibility laws and regulations, including:
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Title III of the ADA requires that businesses provide equal access to goods and services for people with disabilities. We are building and maintaining this platform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target standard (the benchmark commonly referenced in ADA Title III and Unruh Act matters). An independent third-party audit is currently in engagement and will be completed as described above. In the interim we commit to the response-time and alternative-channel obligations described in the "Independent Third-Party Audit" section above. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us using the information in the "Accessibility Issues and Feedback" section below.
California Unruh Civil Rights Act
The California Unruh Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code § 51 et seq.) prohibits discrimination based on disability. As an employment platform serving California users, we are committed to providing accessible digital services under this law.
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
We design and develop our platform in accordance with Section 508 standards to ensure accessibility for federal employees and the public.
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
We follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as our accessibility standard. These guidelines are internationally recognized best practices for web accessibility.
Accessibility Testing and Evaluation
Our current testing program includes:
- Automated accessibility scanning on every build (axe-core-derived static lint, currently 0 findings on public pages)
- Manual keyboard-only navigation testing during feature development
- Color-contrast verification against WCAG AA ratios
- Semantic structure review (headings, landmarks, ARIA)
Not yet in place, but planned:
- Manual screen-reader testing with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver (scheduled pre-launch, Q2 2026)
- User testing sessions with people with disabilities (scheduled pre- or post-launch depending on vendor availability)
- Independent third-party WCAG 2.1 Level AA audit (engagement in progress; completion targeted pre-launch — see "Independent Third-Party Audit" above)
As these evaluations complete, this page will be updated with the findings and any revised conformance claim.
